We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

When paying by credit card your account will be charged after your order has been shipped. As it appears on your card you will need your card number, the expiration date, your name and the card verification number. Your card verification number is used by your bank as an additional security. The card verification ensures the credit card is present at the time.

With VISA and MasterCard you will find the 3-digit verification number on the back of the card. With American Express you can find the 4-digit verification code on the front and printed slightly offset.

To increase security, the 3D Secure mehtod is used by Visa and MasterCard for some cards. The system checks weither the card participates in the 3D security programs „Verified by Visa“ or „Verified by MasterCard SecureCode“,this is specially designed for verification and authenticity of the cardholder. You may be asked to apply for or to provide a secure code (personal password). We have no authorities over 3D Secure verification process. If you don't know your personal 3D security password, we recommend to contact your bank or choose another payment method such as Paypal or bank wire.

Since we are located in the EUROPEAN UNION and your selected shipping destination does not belong to it, you might have to clear this shipment upon arrival.

How does that work?

In general you should receive an email notification from one of our main shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or DHL) meanwhile your order is on its way. (In general within 24-48 hours during weekdays after you have placed your order).

Please follow the instructions on that email (if any) and you should receive your order delivered at your door without any delays.

In random cases, you might be required to deal with your local customs clearance office direct but in general there should be no need for that and our shipping carriers will take care of that on your behalf.

Please note:

Since every country’s (local) customs rules and procedures could be slightly different and might also change from time to time, we are not able to predict the exact additional amount due (if any) nor any (unexpected) delays on the customs clearance process. However, from our end, we are aiming to ship your order as soon as possible (potentially reaching your destination country already within 24-48 hours). Furthermore, your package(s) will be send insured (containing a traceable tracking number emailed to you) and in most cases our shipping carriers should be able to handle the entire clearance and delivery procedure for you.
