Since we are located in the EUROPEAN UNION and your country does not belong to it, you might have to clear this shipment upon arrival.
How does that work?
In general you should receive an email from one of our main shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS or DHL) as soon as your order has arrived at your country’s local customs clearance office. (In general within 24-48 hours after you have placed your order).
As soon as you have replied to that email, you should receice your package delivered at your door from either one of our shipping carriers.
In random cases, you might be required to deal with your local customs clearance office direct but in general there should be no need for that and our shipping carriers will take care of that on your behalf.
Since every country’s (local) customs rules and procedures are slightly different and might also change from time to time, we won’t be able to predict the exact additional amount due. Most likely you might even know your local customs office(s) and procedure(s) and how to handle those in a convenient way for you better than we do. The only thing we could guarantee from our end is that your package will be shipped out immediately and most likely reaching your country in 24-48 hours and that in most cases our shipping carriers are able to take care of the clearance for you.
